Why I Created the 3P Reset
This work was born out of a loss I didn’t see coming and couldn’t fully absorb — the kind that tests everything you say you believe. What I found wasn’t immediate peace. It was the slow and surprising discovery that rest, not more effort, was the path through.
I began noticing the same pattern in myself and the women around me: deeply faithful, genuinely devoted, and profoundly exhausted.
We weren’t lacking love for God or effort in our faith. But we were carrying beliefs about the nature and ways of God that made resting basically impossible.
The 3P Reset draws from behavior change research, transformative learning, cognitive restructuring, and spiritual formation. Renewal doesn’t come from insight alone. It comes from practiced truth, lived over time.
I’m a Learning Strategist by profession and a Spiritual Formation Guide by calling. After years of helping people grow both in classrooms and in their personal lives, I kept seeing the same gap: knowledge and effort were never enough to heal anxiety, striving, or spiritual exhaustion.
